I make this with the Activia Strawberry Banana yogurt cups and less banana, about 3/4 cup frozen chopped pieces. I have it for breakfast every morning, but my calorie calculations bring it closer to 250 calories. - 8/20/09

Great breakfast or snack. I think I would add protein powder to increase my portein and fiber intake. - 3/19/07
