0.75 tsp Pepper, black 0.75 tsp Pepper, white 0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Cain's ground cumin (by MAMAHOYT) 0.33 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Paprika 1.5 tsp Salt 4 lb Beef ribs 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Barbecue Sauce
Combine rub ingredients mixing well. Rub on all sides of ribs. Place ribs meaty side up in crock pot. Cover; cook on low for 6 hours. Drain the grease frm the crock. Place the ribs back in and cover with sauce. Cook for another hour.
