Ingredients
1 cup Milk, nonfat 8 serving Betty Crocker Four Cheese Mashed Potatoes As Packaged (by MINIVANMAN73) 1 cup Simply Kraft Fat Free Cottage Cheese Small Curd 1 cup Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock (by IAMDIOSA) 1 serving *NOW 100% Pure Whey Protein Isolate (Natural) Unflavored (by VASA411) 1 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Heat milk and stock in small saucepan. Place the protein powder in small bowl and slowly whisk the water in, making sure there are no lumps. Temper the protein mixture into the hot liquid slowly to avoid clumping. Take the pan off the heat and slowly add the instant potato flakes while whisking. After potatoes are completely mixed in, add margarine and cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly.
