Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
4 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil 2 cup Kikoman Panko 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 20 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Melt coconut oil in 13 x 9" pan in the 400° oven about three minutes. Remove pan from oven.
Combine breadcrumbs and cheese in a large plastic food storage bag. Beat egg with soy sauce in a shallow dish until well blended.
Dip chicken pieces one at a time into the egg mixture. Then add to bag of breadcrumbs mixture. Close the bag and shake to coat both sides. Place the chicken in prepared pan leaving space between pieces.
Bake chicken for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and is golden brown.
