Tofulight rye breadTomato slicesHelmans lofat mayoItalian herbsOlive oil
Directions
toast the bread and sperad mayo evenly on bolth slices, set aside.

put oil in pan with a generous amount of mixed Italian seasonings. Grill tofu, cut into two 1/2 inch slices on meadum high heat till both sides of tofu are golden brown.

place grilled tofu on bread along with the tomato slices.
