Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
2 tbsp Almond Butter 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .5 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. *If using ice, increase peanut butter to 3-4 tablespoons. Pour in cup. Sprinkle ground cinnamon to taste (if using) and serve. You may use fresh bananas in place of frozen, if so, ice is recommended.
