Tequila Lime chicken

Ingredients
Directions
4 lbs of assorted chicken pieces1 bottle of Lawry's Tequila Lime Marinade1 cup of Lime juice1/2 cup tequila (optional)1 2gallon ziploc freezer bag
Thouroughly rinse the raw chicken
Combine all of the ingedients in the 2 gallon bag and set in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
Remove all ingredients from bag and put in a baking dish or tin and cook in the oven for 60 minutes @375 degrees
Or remove from bag and cook on the grill, basting the chicken with the marinade mix turning over every 5 minutes until cooked (approx 25 - 30 minutes).
If oven baked serve with rice pilaf and steamed vegetables.
If grilled, serve with corn cobbettes, ranch style beans , and grilled potatoes
