Breaded Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can Pink salmon1 egg20 ritz wheat crackers
Directions
Drain juice from salmon into a medium dish mash together salmon egg and 10 crackers

On a piece of wax paper crumble other 10 crackers

scoop about 1/4 cup of mixture from dish and make into patty, roll in wax paper to coat with crackers and place in a skillet with oil

Brown both sides for approximately 8 minutes

Makes 5 patties
