1.5 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Ground Beef (lean) 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) .5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA) 2 tsp Creole Seasoning Tony Chacheres Original (by MACS706) 2 serving Cabbage (1 cup, shredded)2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet (by INTERPLANET) 0.75 cup PictSweet Season Blend (by MDMARSHAL1)
Brown Ground Beef in large skillet or medium dutch oven
Add seasoning blend, seasonings, soy sauce , Lea & Perrin & Kitchen Bouquet while browning.
Add cabbage and stir cooking about 5 minutes just until the cabbage is warm and cooked. I like mine with a little crunch or crisp still to it.
