Smashed Mixed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 sweet potato, 5" long Sweet potato .5 cup Sour Cream 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Peel and cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain. Add Sour Cream and Butter. Smash with potato masher until creamy.
