.5 cup Flour, white 27 oz Pork Tenderloin 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 1% 3 cup panko bread crumbs 4 serving Oil Pam Olive 5 cals per 4 second spray (by LIFEWALK)
Cut pork into 16 medallions and then tenderize with mallet.
Salt then dip into flour, egg and milk and panko.
Place on parchment paper and spray each with Pam.
Bake at 350 until golden brown.
