Turkey Clubhouse Salad

Ingredients
Dressing:1/3 cup chopped fresh chives1/3 cup low-fat Mayo1/3 cup Skim Milk1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepperSalad:1 bag chopped romaine lettuce1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast (about 1/2 lb)2 medium tomatores, cut into thin wedges4 slices turkey bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
Directions
Makes 4 servings
1. in small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients. Set aside.
2. In large bowl, mix lettuce and turkey. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Arrange salad on serving platter. Arrange tomatoes and bacon over top.
