Fresh vegetable lumpia

Ingredients
*Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 3 oz Shrimp, cooked, 3 ozTofu, firm, 0.5 cupOnions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Sweet potato, 1 cup, cubes Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp Granulated Sugar,4tspCorn Starch, 2 tbspwater 1 cup
Directions
Saute Tofu. Saute chopped shrimp. Poach pork until tender cut into bite sized pieces.
Saute pork, tofu, shrimp and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Make sauce with water, soy, cornstarch and sugar over low heat until thickened.
Serve with lettuce leaves as wraps.

Can eliminate pork and shrimp to make dish vegetarian
