Ingredients
0.50 cup (not packed) Raisins 1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 tbsp Honey 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin 3 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 1/2 Lemon1 oz Goat Cheese, Soft
Directions
1. Chop the cheese and add with the spinach and chickpeas to a large bowl
2. Mix the honey, olive oil, lemon juice and raisins in a small bowl
3. Add the cumin and red pepper flakes to the dressing bowl and mix well
4. Drizzle devilishly delicious dressing over the salad
