Ingredients
1 serving Yellow Onion Small (by TRUDKM7) 1 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY) 141 grams Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw 4 serving Kroger Cut Green Beans (Frozen) 3 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 24 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Spicy Hot 4 cup 365 organic low sodium Chick Broth (by SUN_CLAY) 3 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato .5 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
Directions
Sautee onion, mushrooms, carrots in pan with no stick spray. Add garlic and other ingredients. Bring to boil & cook until veggies are soft.
