100 g Bacon, Back, Lean (UK) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 5 g Cornflour (UK) mixed with a little water2 serving Tesco Value Tin of Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (per half can serving) (by LITTLEPUDDINGPI) 1 tsp Chicken Stock powder (Maggi) - 1tsp or 5g (by JEANS4METOO) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup Leeks 8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 gram Herb - Oregano, Dried (1 tsp) (by SNCNFC)
dry fry bacon add onion and garlic cook for 1-2 mins stirring all time.
add tomato and stock add cornflour mixture transfer to casserole.
add chicken then rest of ingredients,season to taste.Cover and cook for 1.30-2 hours.
if stock too thin remove chicken then reduce down
