Ingredients
Apple Cake3 apples, peeled and cut into chunks1/2 no sugar plain apple sauce (a little less than the 1/2 cup)1 cup flour1 cup sugar2 eggs1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda1-2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix applesauce and sugar. For the applesauce, use a little less than 1/2 cup. You don't want it too runny. Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture. Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Fold in apples.
grease an 8 or 9 inch cake pan. Cook at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
