One Pot Lemon Orzo Shrimp

Ingredients
16 oz Shrimp, cooked 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 3 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 tsp Oregano, ground 1 cup Orzo Pasta 2 serving Chicken Bouillon (Herbox Sodium Free) made into broth 1.75 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 0.5 cup Peas, frozen 2 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté garlic, onion, and oregano until onions are translucent.
Stir in orzo until lightly browned.
Stir in broth plus 1/2 cup of water.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer until pasta is cooked through. (10-12 min)
Stir in tomatoes, peas, lemon juice, and shrimp.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Transfer pan to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
