Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Salt 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 250 gram(s) Brant Kolbassa Coil 125 grams Sour Cream
Directions
Boil eggs and potatoes. Peel and slice thin. Spray Pan with Pam. Layer potatoes, eggs, kolbassa and add salt and sour cream in between each layer. Top with sour cream. Bale at 350 til potatoes are done or thoroughly heated and top is slightly browned.
