Lemon Dill Salmon

Ingredients
1 fillet Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 2 tsp Dill weed, dried 0.5 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 50 mL Water, tap 0.5 fruit without seeds Lemons
Directions
- Rub salmon with tumeric
- Sprinkle dried dill onto salmon
- Cut up thin slices of the half lemon and place on top of salmon
- In a baking tray add coconut oil and water
- Place salmon onto baking tray and bake for 40 minutes (350 degree celcius)
