Southwestern Marinated Firm Tofu

Ingredients
14 oz Extra Firm Organic Tofu (Nasoya) 1 oz (by REDACTIONS) 3 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 9 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino (by CARMAR222) 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 3 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds .5 tsp Onion powder .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 pepper Pepper, ancho, dried
Directions
Drain, press and cube tofu. Add all ingredients and stir or toss to coat. Place in refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve to taste in salads (taco salads here) or can be cooked to your preference, i.e. stir fried, grilled, baked, etc.
