Loaded Cauliflower Dip

Ingredients
4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 16 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 84 gram(s) Great Value Reduced Fat Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese 3 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch - Powder Mix (by PUNKIN77) 2 oz Shredded parm cheese (by KALA1187) 1.5 serving bacon, precooked Hormel black label (4 slices) 0.25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 18 gram(s) Pop&Cook Sauteed Glazed Onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F

Place cauliflower in a microwave safe container and place in microwave for time suggested on package. Drain well and mash with potato masher, leaving some small pieces. Mix in sour cream, green onions, glazed onions, ranch powder, fiesta blend cheese, parmesan, and the crumbled bacon.

Spread evenly in a medium-sized glass casserole dish.Bake 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. (You can top it with an extra 1/4c of cheese, but that's not calculated in this recipe)
