1 serving Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein - Unflavored (1scoop = 1 serving) (by REFERENCE) 4 oz Matchstick Carrots 3 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 0.25 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
Mix all ingredients (except walnuts and coconut) in a small food processor, until carrots are finely minced. Transfer to a bowl and add walnuts and coconut. Mix to combine. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a hot pan. Cook 1-2 minutes on one side, flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.
