Ingredients
2 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour 125 grams Butter, salted .5 cup Granulated Sugar 2.5 tbsp Golden Syrup 2 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 serving egg yoke
Directions
Melt butter sugar an golden syrup over low heat in a pot the whisk in egg and dry ingredients.
Now knead till it has formed a little then roll out and cut or roux into balls and press with fork bake at 180 for 8 mins or till golden
