Chicken stir fry in Orange sauce

Ingredients
Chicken stir fry:3 chicken breast (bonless, skinless) cut into cubes1 zuccinni chopped1 squash chopped2 bell peppers.25 cup on onion1 TBLS of olive oilsalt and pepper to tasteOrange sauce:8 oz of orange juice2 TBLS cornstarch 1/4c water2 tsp sugarrosemarry1 orange
Directions
In a pan add chicken, olive oil, and salt and pepper on med heat. While that is simmering mix cornstarch and water. In another pan add the orange juice and sugar on med heat once warm add the cornstarch mixture and stir. flip the chicken so that it cooks on both side and once it is pretty much done add the vegtables and onion. add the orange and rosemarry to the orange juice but be sure to cut up the orange into small chunks. once the vegtables are cooked and so is the chicken add the orange sauce and your done. It makes about four 1 cup serving. You can serve by itself or with rice.
