Mother Moomey's Sausage with Sauerkraut & Green Beans

Ingredients
Hillshire farm Lite Smoked Sausage, 16 oz Sauerkraut, 4 cup (32 oz. jar)5 cups French -style green beans (2 cans, about 15 oz. each)
Directions
Slice sausage into roughly 1/2" pieces. Brown in skillet over medium heat.

Drain sauerkraut. Add to sausage in pan. Add green beans. (I include the juice, but that is optional.) Stir and heat to warm through.

I like to add 1 tsp. caraway seeds, but my husband prefers this without them.

I like this served over brown rice. My husband prefers it as is.
