6 medium Zucchini, baby 6 medium Summer Squash 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG) 2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 2 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY) 3.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
Chop. Add all to crockpot on high 4-6 hours or overnight on low.
