Cream of Wheat Brown Sugar Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour1 packet Cream of Wheeat Maple Brown Sugar Instant Hot Cereal, uncooked1 tablespoon baking powder1 cup skim milk1 egg2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
1. Mix flour, Cream of Wheat cereal, and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside
2. Beat milk, egg, and butter in separate bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add to dry ingredients; mix just until blended. Let stand 5 minutes
3. Coat hot griddle or hot skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Ladle scant 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top; turn over and cook until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Serve with butter and maple syrup, if desired.
