Beef with Nopalitos

Ingredients
16 oz 96 % Lean Ground Beef (by MACRED206145) 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Nopalitos (by ADINFINITU) 2 clove Garlic diced2 tbsp Chili powder 2.5 serving Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv - Rotel (by FLEABAG11)
Directions
Rinse and drain nopalitos. Brown ground beef; add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent. Add in nopalitos, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (whatever heat you desire). May add some water if needed. Cook on medium low heat until nopalitos are just tender. May serve over rice if desired or eat as is. May also garnish with some cilantro.
