Greek Flat Bread

Ingredients
3 cup Flour, white 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup Lactaid 2% Milk .6666 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tsp Fleischmann's BreadMachine Yeast (by BRANDYOBE1)
Directions
combine ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Put bread machine on dough cycle. When complete, divide dough into 8 equal pieces, rolling into balls.

Preheat grill or pan to high. On lightly floured surface, roll one ball into rough circle/oval shape. Place on grill for approximately 45-60 seconds, as pockets of air begin to form in dough. Flip, continue to grill for additional 30-45 seconds. Repeat with remaining dough balls.
