Carmelized onion and mushroom omelette

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 4 large * Butter, salted, 8 grams * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices * Onions, raw, 2.75 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 fl oz * Scallions, raw, 3 small * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 oz
Directions
Caramelize onions in half of the butter.
Saute mushrooms in half of the butter.

Beat eggs with sliced scallions and buttermilk.

Make omelette!
