Breakfast Taco

Ingredients
3 large eggs scrambled1/2 Bake potato7 slices of bacon1/4 cup grated cheese7 flour tortillas
Directions
Bake potato in microwave 5 minutes
fry bacon
scramble eggs
add cheese, potato
assemble, one slice of bacon and 2tbs on egg,cheese and potato to each taco.
wrap in foil and serve.

Can be made ahead and stored in the freezer.
