Orange broccoli beef

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, top sirloin .12 cup Corn Starch .25 serving 1 Navel Orange, 1 lb with rind, from Sam's (by RAYLINSTEPHENS) 1.5 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Chili Oil (by FRESHSTART467) 2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
Directions
Purchase diced or sliced sirloin. Add corn starch and rind of one whole orange until meat is dry and covered. Stir fry until lightly browned in sesame oil. Remove from pan and set aside in bowl. Squeeze half of an orange worth of juice and add hoisin and soy sauce. Stir to combine. In pan add chili oil and stir fry carrots until softened. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup of water. Put on a lid and cook broccoli until crisp tender. Return meat to pan and bring to boil for a couple of minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
