Spaghetti Squash with Chicken, Broccoli & Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
6 cup Spaghetti Squash 607 grams Chicken Thigh 2 stalk Broccoli, fresh 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 3 oz Cream Cheese .0625 cup Flour, white 1 dash Salt 3 clove Garlic 0.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash. Cook chicken & broccoli, set aside. Cook cauliflower, drain water, and combine other ingredients. Blend with immersion blender. Mix together, place in greased baking dish, and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
