Irish Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 medium Carrots, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Parsley 500 gram(s) Albert Bartlett Rooster Potatoes 500 gram(s) Waitrose Aberdeen Angus Diced Braising Beef Steak 1 serving Knorr Stock Pot, Beef
Directions
Set oven to 165C (325F).

Prep the vegetables.

Onion - halved and sliced
Potatoes - peeled and sliced
Carrots - peeled and sliced
Celery - sliced

Make up the stock if necessary.

In a large casserole dish, layer the meat, onion, potatoes, carrot, and celery. Season each layer with the parsley plus salt and pepper, as you go.

Pour the stock over and cover tightly.

Bake for 2 hours.
