6 Cups Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and diced1 Can Lowfat Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Can Lowfat Cream of Chicken Soup1 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream1 Cup 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
Cook whole wheat pasta al dente, strain and pour into 9 x 12 pan. Cover pan. Cook chicken and dice to bite-sized pieces. Remove from pan and add both soups and sour cream. Slowly add chicken broth and stir until creamy but not thick. If too thick, add more chicken broth or skim milk. Add chicken and cook 2-3 minutes on medium. Pour mixture over pasta and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
