0.50 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.50 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt 0.5 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites) 1 cup Pure Pumpkin0.13 cup Inari Coconut flour 105 grams Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla1/3 cup water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 7 X 11 inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt. Stir with a whisk; set aside.
3. Combine remaining indredients, except protein powder, in a medium bowl. Beat at low speed of a mixer, or whisk until blended. Add flour mixture, beating just until combine. Gradually whisk in protein powder. Spread into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
