Comfort Chicken Noodle Soup

3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 6 carrot Carrots, cooked 2 cup, diced Celery, cooked 1 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta) Salt PepperSeasoning as needed
Boil chicken until cooked through then remove chicken and set aside to cool for shredding or cutting. Keep the broth.
While the chicken is boiling you can cut both the carrots and celery and set aside.
Place vegetables in the broth and start to simmer.
Once the chicken has cooled, shred or cut it up and place back in the broth. Bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer for about an hour or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the pasta ( you may use different pasta or none at all, just be sure to adjust the ingredient list to get the correct nutritional values ).
Simmer till pasta is tender.
Serve and enjoy
