Crock Pot Chili Verde

Ingredients
737 grams Tomatillos - diced8 serving Ortega Diced Green chilies 250 gram(s) onion, raw, medium - diced8 clove Garlic - diced20 oz Boneless Pork Ribs - cut into 1-2 inch pieces7 serving Bush's Cannellini Beans - 2 15.5 oz cans, rinsed.3 cup Kirkland Signature Organic Chicken Stock / Broth (1 Cup) 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw - cut into large pieces.33 cup Sour Cream 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 serving Ortego Diced Jalapenos 2 tsp Kosher salt
Directions
Heat oil in Ninja crockpot on medium stove top setting. Add meat and brown. Add onion and saute until soft. Add garlic and tomatillos. Add beans, broth, chilies and spices and combine. Set crockpot to low slow cooker setting and timer for to 3 hours. Add potato and sour cream to crock pot and add one more hour to cooking time. Serve with Corn tortillas and dinner salad for a complete meal.
