1 serving Delectable Potato Medley Fresh (4/5 potatoes = 1 serving) 0.5 serving Green Pepper (Whole-1 serving) 3 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added 2.5 tbsp Mrs. Dash Sweet Teriyaki Marinade 8 oz Tyson Chicken Breast Portions (112g)
Heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Slice produce and chicken into chunks
In bowl, mix teriyaki marinade, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and other preferred seasonings
Place produce and chicken in bowl with marinade mix then cover for 15 minutes
Load produce and chicken on skewer and place on flat cooking sheet
Let bake on one side for 10 mins then flip and let bake for additional 10-15 or until chicken is completely cooked.
Take out oven and enjoy
