1.25 cup Carbquick (by STOECJ01) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .50 cup Good calorie count down 2% breakfast beverage 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Heat waffle iron
Beat eggs, good milk, vanilla, and oil together for 3 minutes.

fold in carbquick

cook in waffle iron.
