Stir-Fried Honey Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 cup Honey 2 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 lb Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1/4 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 2 clove Garlic 1 red bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper1 orange bell pepper
Directions
In small bowl, stir together honey, vinegar, and soy sauce. Heat a large skillet or wok over high until hot. Add 1tbsp of sesame oil and swirl to coat wok. Add chicken and stir until opaque but not cooked through. Transfer to plate.
Add 1 tbsp oil, ginger, and garlic to wok and stir until fragrant. Add peppers and stir 2 minutes. Add soy mixture and bring to a boil. Return chicken to wok and toss until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through. Serve over Jasmine rice.
