2 cup corn (Delmonte whole kernel) (by FOREVERDALE3) 4 serving DelMonte Creamed Sweet Corn, 1/2 cup (by REHFRICK53) 6 serving Bread, Corn Muffin Mix, Jiffy (dry) (by TCEDEROTH) 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 32 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 1 stick Butter, unsalted
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until blended.
2. Reserve 1/4 cup shredded to go on top of casserole before baking.
3. Put in a large 13 x 9 baking dish.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Place foil on top to keep warm. Serve warm.
