Sweet Potato Hash w/Fried Egg

Ingredients
3 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 large Onions, raw 1.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Don Pablos Pico de Gallo 8 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 1.5 cup Beans, black
Directions
Chop up the veggies and fry with some cooking spray. Add beans and spinach towards the end. Fry the eggs. Top hash with 1 fried egg, 2 tbsp. sour cream and 1/4 c. pico de gallo. Yum!
