Cheesy Mash Beef Cass

Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 8 oz Onion, sweet, raw 4 tbsp Butter, salted 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 3 carrot Carrots, cooked 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese .75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp garlic saltpepper and salt to taste
Directions
brown beef and onions with 1 tablespoon butter and garlic salt
boiled quartered potatoes with diced carrots until soft then mash with three tablespoons butter and milk
after potatoes are mashed stir in garlic powder and 1/2 cup cheese while the mash is still hot.
layer the beef in the baking dish then spread the mash on top
sprinkle remaining cheese top

bake for 20 minutes at 450 F
