Ingredients
2 cup onion, chopped4 clove Garlic, minced3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Cup Dry White Wine 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes16 oz Cod Fish, thawed and patted dry16 oz Shrimp fresh or frozen medium size shrimp, thawed and peeled
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in hot oil in dutch oven over medium heat 10 minutes. Stir in wine and 2 thyme sprigs; cook until liquid almost evaporates. Stir in tomatoes and 2 cups water. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in fish and shrimp. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes and shrimp are done. Discard thyme sprigs. Chop 2 tsp thyme into stew.
