Ingredients
15 oz ricotta cheese, fat-free 2 cups canned pumpkin puree2 tbsp. vegetable glycerin3 tbsp. dark brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 cups water2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3/4 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp xanthan gum1/4 cup Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender to mix thoroughly and incorporate air. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer instructions.
