Ingredients
2 large Scrambled Egg .25 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) .15 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw .15 cup Onion, raw cup diced (by JESUISJ)
Directions
Scramble eggs
Dice ham, onion & bell pepper and saute in a pan lightly sprayed with coconut oil.
Add eggs and cook until almost done.
Flip the omelet and sprinkle cheese over the top, allow to melt.
