Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 serving Mission Yellow Corn Tortilla .5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 serving Egg Omelet/Scrambled (2 large whole eggs) .5 cup Beans, black 2 tbsp Salsa
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add tortilla and top with cheese on one half only. Then top the cheese with egg, black beans and one tablespoon of salsa. When the cheese has melted, 8-10 minutes, fold the quesadilla in half. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into wedges. Top with remaining salsa.
