1134 gram(s) Beef Chuck RAW, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/8" fat, select grade (by LYRICANJL) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 5 fl oz Red Wine 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted .25 cup Flour, white
Brown meat in butter, remove
Brown onions and mushrooms, deglaze pan with wine, add meat back in add diced tomatoes. If not enough liquid cover with chicken stock.
Cook 300 for 3 hours
Add remaining veggies and cook for another 1 hour.
